The Arbiter is an online web based referee assigning system. If you would like to receive referee assignments in Southwest Idaho, please contact the assignor for your league (see list on home page) and provide him/her with your name and a unique email address. (Members of the same family must have different email addresses.) You will receive a Welcome email from Arbiter with your temporary password and instructions for logging in the first time.
